Time Out Lacquer Flo

TimeOut Lacquer Flo is a solvent retarder used for all nitrocellulose-based paints in specific proportions. It is a slow solvent particularly used in low temperature and rainy or highly humid conditions to prevent blushing of lacquer based paints  especially in spray applications.
